Booking and Payment Terms and Conditions

Core Angling programs can be booked in advance by signing up online and completing the medical and liability waiver forms on this site.

A US $300.00 deposit (non-refundable) is required at time of booking, up to 35 days prior to the date of program selected. Clients signing up within the 35 day period will pay full program cost. Please note that both waiver form(s) must be sent to us at time of full payment, in order to reserve the trip. We will confirm your trip, in writing, upon receipt of the final payment and completion of both of the waivers.

If, for whatever reason, you must cancel your vacation within the 35 day period, your payment will not be refunded but Core Angling will transfer a credit to another program within the same calendar year, being of equal or lesser value. Any cancellations must be notified to us in writing.

Core Angling wishes you good health during your angling adventure but it does not provide for medical expenses or medical insurance or emergency evacuation or repatriation for any reason. Clients are urged to ensure all of your insurance needs are met.

As a benefit, Core Angling will pay for a one year membership in the Divers Alert Network. This membership provides emergency evacuation and repatriation benefits, as set out in its membership agreement. Clients are urged to review these benefits and to insure themselves to the extent of their requirements.

Core Angling will submit all paperwork to DAN and your membership card and information package will be sent in the mail.

Note that all airfares to and from our program locations are the responsibility of the traveler. Core Angling will provide pick-up information regarding the closest airport. This service is included in our program cost.
